Started off with the 5 core principles, then started off on our Ruck. No coupons, went 3.3 miles in an hour. Ended with NOR and COT. I (Tidwell) was the 6, and spoke of how this group allows me the opportunity to lead, whether it be as a Q or site Q or discussion. 6 guys there:
