Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

Red Flag Day- inspired by Dan Gable. Coach wears a red shirt to signify that today is a red flag day practice. Constant motion for the duration of practice. Anyone stops the practice starts over.
