theme was 11 reps because pix played every game for three years and each year was 11 games.
set up was 11 reps of a block move followed by hill sprint and back up to school and repeat
moves were: blockkes, Klingers, Thrusters, swings, leg lifts, decline merkins, hello dollys, overhead press, peter parkers, goblet squats, incline mountain climbers. In total, we made 16 hill trips
