Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    12/5/2020 at 7am nine HIM’s showed up to the Fuse. The five core principles of F3 were presented. We had to modify our workout, due to the fact that the track was closed. We began our warm-up by doing various exercises to get different muscle groups ready. These HIM’s were Thongsong, Hamm, Sipe, Jeter, Goose, Tupac, Mayor, Twitty, and Cogsworth. We used the practice field to run one hundred meters and do an exercise with ten repetitions in cadence. This cycle was repeated with different types of running in between exercises for the next 35 minutes. At the end of our running workout, we completed by doing a stretching session. We completed the workout by gathering with the typical nameorama and the sixth along with prayer requests.
