    Side Straddle Hops, Windmills, Chain Breakers

    Exercise 1 – Upper Body
    8 rounds – 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest = 4 minutes total

    Exercise 2 – Lower Body
    8 rounds – 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest = 4 minutes total

    Exercise 3 – Core
    8 rounds – 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest = 4 minutes total

    Exercise 4 – Total Body
    8 rounds – 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest = 4 minutes total

    Repeato Until Time runs out!
    Round 1 – Hand-Release Merkins
    Round 2 – Lunges
    Round 3 – Hello Dollies
    Round 4 – Smurf Jacks
    1 minute rest

    Round 5 – Peter Parker Merkins
    Round 6 – Monkey Humpers
    Round 7 – Heels to Heaven
    Round 8 – Inchworms
    1 minute rest

    *running out of time so had to do 2 sets of each exercise instead of 8
