Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.




We played Augusta National since today was the last day of The Masters
Warm-Up
SSH, Windmills, Mozie around the cones to show them the flow, that’s all.
There was a cone and sign signifying the name, par, exercises and between-hole movements for each of the 18 holes at Augusta National.
Work- Out – 9 of each exercise
Par 3 – inchworms, crunchy frogs, speed skaters (2 is 1)
Par 4 – burpees, american hammers (4 is 1), lunges (2 is 1), merkins
Par 5 – Peter Parkers (2 is 1), Klinger Kicks (4 is 1), diamond merkins, heel touches (2 is 1) and monkey humpers
Between holes move if a variety of ways – mozie, bear crawl, crawl bear, alligator walk, etc.
