We started at 5:15 with the core principles, the morning was warmer at 70F with some humidity, dew on the grass. Quite a lot of people walking (walked up on a suspicious couple in red 5 guys t-shirts??) around Ottawa Park and running. a Little PT with some rucking 20 Merkins at fist stop; 20 Squat kicks @ 2nd, 20 Big boys @3rd, 15 Overhead squat raises @ 4th, 1 minute plank with let raises @ 5th, 10 Man makes at 6th. we were able to do 3.2miles. Prayers for 1st responders police and EMTs, comfort for those are have lost loved ones and students going to homes that do not have a structured day or means off basic need.
Enjoyed coffeeteria 2F afterwards.
