Warmup: 20 SSH
The Thang: Moseyed N. on Monroe St to 18th. At a parking lot near intersection did 20 Merkins, 20 Squats, 20 Big Boy Sit-ups. Turned on 18th and moseyed to Jefferson. 20 more Merkins, Squats, BBS. Moseyed to Madison, turned left and arrived at Uptown Greens park.
Using the nice picnic tables, performed the following reps:
50 dips, 50 flutterkicks, 50 incline merkins
Mosey to stage in the corner of the park and do 20 hop-ups on corner of stage. Mosey back to picnic tables.
40 dips, flutterkicks, incline merkins
Mosey to do hop-ups
30 etc
Hop-ups
20 etc
Hop-ups
10 etc
Moseyed back to Crucible, stoping once for 20 merkins, squats, LBCs and once for 20 calf raises.
