Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    This is the way. F3 is special. Leave no man behind, and leave no man as you found him.

    We challenged ourselves to get better, and maintain our support of other individuals in the group.

    We ran a LOT. We did a LOT of burpee broad jumps. We did a LOT of planking. We did shuttle runs and merkins, sit ups and more burpees.

    It sort of all blended together.

    We offer support and thanks to Socrates. We are grateful and humbled by the men and women of the armed forces, past, present, and future…that give us the opportunity to live in peace in the greatest nation on earth.
