Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

Q: Irish Springs
Started with 5 core principles and F3 mission
The Thang: Saturday
Pax would preform 10 exercises 10 reps that were on the board, after completion of the exercises Pax would run to the bleachers and go up and down each row and then complete a lap around the track.
When pax would return back to the board they would complete exercises 1-9 and drop exercise 10. And then repeato to the bleachers and finish a lap. After completion of each lap pax would drop an exercise.
Pax got 3 laps in total.
We ended with COA,NOA,COT, and Prayer. We had one FNG in attendance and was named “RESET”
