Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

We started at 6:30 with 5 core principles, NO SSH, already warmed up. BD consisted of two mini workouts, had BVVR run sound today, wanted to mix it up with music
Tabata style, 5 exercise 25 secs on, 10 secs recovery, repeated each exercise 4 times
1) Mike Tysons
2) Lunges
3) Jump Squats
4) Big Boys
5) Burpees
got some water, caught our breath. 6 teams, partner up, Winners took, Gold (team 5 Gap/Riggins) Silver (Team 6 BVVF/CC) and Bronze (3rd Smails/Johnny), points were based on amount of exercises completed for a score and exercises had to be done in the order below.
100 Squat Thrusters
100 Klinger kicks while holding weight (2 is 1)
100 Block/weight swings.
100 Man makers
100 Block/weight squats
100 Shoulder press
100 Arm Curls
100 Block/weight Vertical presses
100 Reverse curl (Gas pump)
While one team member did the workout the other ran past the crayons as a timer for the first member. No team was able to complete the totality of the BD.
Announcements 9/11 Convergence, prayer intentions for Johnnys work to get new hires for positions that are open. Praise for Splinters new born niece on Tuesday.
