“The Tortoise and the Hare”
Chewie’s second Q.
Four stations around the school, each with a focused muscle group (legs, chest, abs, shoulders)
The group (the hare) would run to each station and execute the movements while waiting for the tortoise (a pax pushing chewie’s car!). Once the tortoise arrived a new pax pushed and the rest pressed on to the next station. Rinse and repeat.
Ended with “merkin planks” in cadence.
