Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

    Warm up
    20 SSH in cadence
    30 (2:1) Klinger kicks

    The Thang
    Jog almost all the way around Northview high school
    Since its October the # of reps was 10.
    1 rep of decline merkin then Broad jump to the building and do 9 Squats then lunge back to start
    2 reps of decline Merkin then broad jump to building and 8 squats then lunge back.
    Then 3/7, 4/6, 5/5, 6/4, 7/3, 8/2, 9/1
    This was completed until a full 10 reps of merkins were achieved.
    Then we jogged back around the high school the long way to find 8 different stations waiting us.
    Station description:
    1. Run to stop sign and back. (acted as our timer, so when he finished running we would rotate)
    2. In the squat position: Use 10 lb weights and punch
    3. Front Squat a bucket of stones
    4. Merkin with reverse fly using 8 lb weight
    5. Speed skater
    6. Klinger Kicks
    7. American Hammers
    8. Cross country skier
