Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.
On a brisk 27 degree temps day, 15 PAX beat the gloom to join together for a beatdown.
Each of the 5 rounds of partner drills were capped off with a recovery run down the hill to the creek with a sprint back to home station.
