Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

The Thang:
Easy Warm Up/ active stretching followed by 5 rounds of 5 minutes. If you completed all of the reps before the 5 mins was up, you could rest.
The rounds included things like merkins, pull ups, 200 m runs, 400 m runs, squats, SSH, and I introduced Hell Burpees.
Hell Burpees are a burpee with a leg lift and plyo merkin in the middle.
After the five rounds, The PAX worked on “negatives” Slow and controlled dips, pull ups and handstands!
PAX ended with intentional stretching while focusing on flexibility and recovery.
COT: Prayed for health, community struggles, and unity of our nation.
10/10 would Q at the Oasis again.
