Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

We did a beatdown related to Oct 30. (10/30)
10 exercises broken into groups of 2, for a total of 5 rounds.
Round 1
absolutions and burpees
Round 2 crunchy frog Lieutenant Dan’s
Round 3 elf on a shelf and flutter kicks
Round 5 groiners and hand release merkins
Round 5 Imperial Scott Walker’s in plank Jack shoulder Taps.
Each round we begin with 5 reps of exercise 1 and 25 reps of the exercise 2. Next 15 reps of each and finishing off the round, 25 reps of first exercise and 5 reps of second exercise.
After finishing, we did 101 four count side straddle hops followed by motivators.
El Chapo lead us in the cool down with some stretching.
Announcements turned out to be a joke session and then we needed to ask forgiveness in the circle of trust for the jokes we just told each other.
