“Baby It’s Cold Outside”
It was definitely cold outside and there was a nice wind this morning at well, putting the wind chill in the single digits easily. For a point of reference – it was cold enough for Tupac to keep his shirt on for the entire beatdown.
Work out for the day. We worked our way through four sets of four exercises with hill runs mixed in. For set one, we started with 20 reps and after the circuit was completed, we started over with 19 reps per move. After every set with an odd number of reps per exercise, we ran the hill.
Set 1 – Merkins, Squats, Big Boy Sit Ups, Plank (Alternating Elbow to Knee). Rounds 1-5, 20 reps per move down to 16.
Set 2 – Staggered Merkins, Spider Man Squats, Leg Raises, Knee Claps. Rounds 6-10, 15 reps down to 11.
Set 3 – Burpees, Diamond Merkins, Lunges, Broad Jumps. Rounds 11-15, 10 reps down to 6.
Set 4 – Mike Tysons, LT Dans, Toe Touch Sit Ups, Donkey Kicks. Rounds 16-20, 5 reps down to 1.
NOR – Brute, Ollie, Brita, Thong Song, Tupac, Juice, Mayor, Cogsworth, Beaker, Honeymoon, Smails, Poodle, Kasem, Tucky, Bambi, Goose, Johnny, Nails, Splinter and Mole as Q
COT – Cogsworth was the 6 and he did a nice job.
