Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

With audio accoutrement ranging from Van Halen to DMX, the pax braved the elements on a cold and wet morning to perform the following exercises.

Rifle carry approximately 15 yards transitions between exercises

Similar to the water traversing the gravelly asphalt, the pax flowed across the parking lot in a chaotic, yet seemingly synchronized, melody of farmer’s and rifle carries.
After performing at least 2 repeato, the pax cooled down with a 5 minutes yoga routine, led by Nougat, with assistance from the cleansing power of the Oasis rain.
