Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    Warm-Up
    Motivators, 5 gummy worms

    Work-Out
    Round 1 – 15 minutes
    15 merkins, 20 squats, 25 LBC’s
    Jog to the end of the parking lot and back
    Repeato for 15 minutes

    Round 2 – Chore List
    10 Aussie Burpees at one end of the parking lot
    Mozie to the other end and do 9 Aussie Burpees
    Repeato until you’ve done 1 Burpee

    Round 3 – Teamwork
    Put the sled out as a target. 4 pucks = 4 puckers = 4 burpees.
    4 puckers try to toss the puck into the sled. Any make = Nothing. 1 Burpee for any miss.
    made a quick change to use a sweatshirt and leave any made puck in the sled

    Repeato with Kraken Burpees

    Round 4 – Helping Out
    Take turns leading an exercise to end the day

    PAX in attendance – Juice, Bull, Riggins, Geppetto, Prime, Jimmy Dean (sp), Nougat, Bourbon, Gap, Cobra Commander and Beaker. Q’d by Beaker.
