Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    circle up for some MASH trivia. Right answer=5 Merkins in cadence. wrong answer=5 Burpees in cadence. getting help with an answer=4 burpees in cadence. Once we went around the circle we lined up and did bear crawl, lunge walk, and karaoke with mountain climbers or imperial walkers in between.
    We were able to do 3 sets of trivia and 2 rounds of the “suicides”.

    It was a mess but I had fun and hoping everyone else did
