Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.



“Summertime”

After finishing up our pre-Beatdown Ruck, we gathered to kick off with two additional PAX having joined the mission, Chanel, and his shorty/2.0, Mjollnir. After a lap around the baseball diamond and a few stretches, we got down to business.
Part I: Plenty of leg work, including Storm Troopers, courtesy of Nougat.
Part II: Various delights of Merkins, with a side dish of walking laps and calf raises.
Part III: We finished up with a manageable core medley, including knee-toe-knee downs.
Part IV: The cool down was nice and breezy. Upward Dog, Downward Dog and some deep breathing lower back and hip flexer work.
