The Thing:
Well I’m a bit rusty at Qing so I figured what best then to bring back an old staple and what was T-Rex’s first beatdown. Start with a Mosey to Ottawa Park hill and do some 21’s Merkins & Imperial Walkers at the top of the hill and Jump squats and Mt Climbers at the bottom.
Great way to start the day and a great Six by T-Rex, a great reminder of how great F3 really is. It’s good to be back and maybe I’ll Q in another 6 months.
PS I heard Nougat went to Faith Hill to dodge the workout….Lame hahahahahahahahaha just kidding buddy.
