Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

PAX: Sideshow, Smails, Bullock, Karesh, Petrol, Red, Dory (Q)
Did 4 different exercises in 4 sets, ten reps per exercise (total of 40 Reps per set)
repeated the 4 sets 2 more times and got a run in around the track once.
Finished with a COT where Smails gave a solid 6 about his appreciation for the group.
