“Oh When The Yanks Go Marching In”
PAX(12): Hedgehog, Goose, Cogsworth, Sipe, John Denver, Ollie, Mulcahy, Flush, Gap, Gas Man, Boo Boo, Trojan (Q).
Thang: Traditional route of 3-5 miles with three stops for PT along the way. At each designated location (1-entrance to Wildwood, 2-front door of the manor house, 3-top of the covered bridge hill), Pax would complete 20 squats both out and back. After all had completed the entire route, we circled up for an additional 20 squats together. Total squats= 140.
CoT: Gas Man was the 6 and spoke about the Gloom being not only a place to be heard, but also, just as importantly, a place to listen to others and be there for them. Prayer intentions for Floppy’s father, a good friend of John Denver’s who recently passed away (Nancy), those who are out in the cold not by choice, and any folks suffering in any way during this holiday season.
