Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
13 men showed up, put in the work to get a little better. Flush, Spackler, Mayor, Mole, Tupac, Splinter, Brute, Bambi, Ollie, Trinity, Ozzie, Rubble, Smails.
We broke into 4 groups.
4X 11’s was the game
Station 1 – 11,s Lt Dans – Pull ups
Station 2 – Cross crunch left at the top right side at the bottom 10 of each x 10 sets = 200
Station 3 – 11’s Carolina dry docks on top – skaters at the bottom
Station 4 – 11’s Freddy Mercury – inch worm Peter Parker’s
Solid work, good chatter in the groups. Great to see Splinter back out.
