My last Q as site Q for Bushwood. They Situation now has a firm hold on the Postion and he will be an Awesome Site Q.

Motivators to start our morning
We used the 10 levels starting at the bottom and working up the ampitheather to the top. Ea exercise was 10 reps to start then drop a rep as you climbed the mountain. Once done regroup at the bottom for the next exercise and repeat the climb.
After a few rounds of that we circled up for some planks, merkins, leg lifts and cpl burpees.
Handed the flag off to Situation, had a few announcements, and finished with a prayer
We all stuck around for a Java in the parking lot
