Q: Irish Springs
Started with 5 core principles, SSH
THE THANG: Block-infused workout at Ant Hill. 3 stations on repeato, each circuit hits the UP button by adding 2 reps to each exercise each time they come back to it.
Pax is divided into 3 groups and sent to one of the stations. As each group completes a station, they move to the next. When all 3 stations are completed, the group jogs to the front of the school and back and repeats the entire circuit and adds 2 reps to each exercise. 2nd circuit will therefore have 12 reps/exercise, 3rd circuit will go to 14, etc. until time is called.
Station 1 – basketball court for block work
10 – thrusters
10 – squrls (squat/curl combo)
10 – American Hammers with block (1:1)
10 – block swings
10 – blockees (manmakers)
Station 2 – jungle gym:
10 – dips on parallel bars
10 – Lt Dans
10 – LBCs
10 – pull-ups
10 – speed skaters (2:1)
Station 3 – swings:
10 – decline Mike Tysons
10 – leg tucks
10 – crunchy frogs
10 – SSH
10 – lunges (2:1)
Ended with COA, NOA, Prayer
