Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

Welcome, No FNGs, 5 core principles
Warm up- 20 SSH in cadence, 10 old man windmills in cadence
Mosey to flagpole, 10 merkins in cadence, 15 core tib raises in cadence
Mosey back to flag
First game, beer pong. All PAX held Al Gore while each took a turn shooting ping pong ball at cups. For every cup left over PAX had that many burpees x5- finished with 7 cups left- 35 burpees in cadence (split up into 4 sets in cadence)
Moseyed to basketball court on side of school- 20 dips OYO, 15 tib raises in cadence.
Moseyed back to flag to play frisbee/cup on a stick. PAX split into two teams. PAX held Al Gore while teams took turns trying to knock cup off the stick, other team had a chance to catch the cup. 5 merkins to the team that “lost”. Played to 5.
Stayed at flag, together PAX did 15 calf raises, lunched to light pole, 10 merkins in cadence, lunged back.
PAX stayed in teams for flip cup, ALL pax held plank while one PAX from each team “flipped cup”. Winners had 10 merkins, losers had 10 burpees (both were done in cadence)
15 Calf raises in cadence, lunge to light post, 10 merkins in cadence, lunge back
Played beer pong again, x2 for each cup left. Not 1 PAX made one, 20 burpees in cadence
Moseyed to side of school- 10 dips in cadence, 15 tib raises in cadence
Last game of frisbee/cup on stick, same rules as before, played to 5
