Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Pinewood says:

    SEPTEMBER 11th
    Weather: 68F and partly cloudy

PAX: Beaker, Sideshow, Ticket, Mayor, Flush, Cogsworth (6), Sipe, Ollie, Patch, Dr. Nick, Dorey, Tucky, Bambi, Bullock, Red, Trojan, Care Bear, Pinewood (Q)

Circled up at 0600 for the 5CP, credo and mission. Once done we picked up the flag and rucked to the track.

    THE THANG
At the track it was made known 2,996 people lost their lives on September 11th and we are going to honor them with this beatdown.

Flight 11 hit the North Tower at 846 with 92 passengers on board
    50x LBC & 42x BBSU
Flight 175 hit the South Tower at 903 with 65 passengers losing their lives
    65x OHP
Two line Indian Run around the track representing first responders rushing to the Twin Towers.
Ruck up and down each stairway on the home bleachers down and back then up and down the first 3 rows again. This represents the 110 floors of each tower and the firefighters that lost their lives.
Back on the track do 72 SSH for the 72 Law Enforcement that lost their lives
2,606 LIVES LOST at the Towers
Flight 77 crashed into the Pentagon at 945 with 64 on board
    64x CURLS
125 second plank for the 125 lost at the Pentagon (count in circle)
Flight 93 had 44 passengers on board whose lives were lost in Pennsylvania at 1010.
    44x MERKINS (in cadence)

Closed the workout out pushing for the PAX to reunite like America did following the attacks.

Circled back up for CoR and NoR. Cogsworth brought up how this group prepared him for the 75 hard and he was thankful to be mentally ready for the challenge. Closed out with a moment of silence and a prayer lifting up those mentioned in the circle.

Honor to lead – Pinewood out.
