Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

Warm up was a brief run through of SSH, Abe Vigodas, and Slo Mo Squats,
moseyed over to playground for a DoRa style beatdown. Running and the choice of various upper body and full body exercises were the key ingredients.
Split up into teams and played some Battle Disc first half with a Nerf football. The team of Gap, Romano, Nougs, Wilson were flat out dominant even after we switched to the frisbee.
NoR. CoR, the 6 ( Gap of course), and a challenge to attack the days with some kid energy.
