Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

PAX: Romano, GAP, Nougat, Paddleboat, Wild Sprayer and Cobra Commander.
DId some SSHs and Old man windmills. then headed to the playground. There were two blocks, one of the pax members was the timer by carrying the blocks to the crayons and back while the remaining 5 did the excercise. After all 6 individuals were done as timers then we all proceeded to do a 400m lap together.
