Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Warmup:
    • Side Straddle Hops (IC)
    • Abe Vigodas (IC)
    • Michael Phelps

    The Thang:
    Five stations were set up around the parking lot, each with 4 exercises. The PAX completed the first exercise at each station on lap one. With each subsequent lap, an additional exercise was added until all 4 exercises were completed by lap four.

    Ohio State vs. Michigan trivia added an extra twist. Each incorrect answer resulted in 2 burpees being added at the station. Despite only having a Purdue fan and a Notre Dame fan in attendance, they killed it with the trivia.
