Circled up at 0530 for the 5CPs, credo and mission.
THE THING
All ran to the top of the manor house loop as a warm up and then partnered up. One person would mosey around the loop while the other sprinted around. Once the sprinter caught up to their partner the partner would then begin to spring while the other would slow down to a mosey. Repeated this until 0600 when we regrouped and did a simple fartlek (30 sec sprint / 1:20 mosey) run back to the flag.
