5 Core Principles
Counted off PAX (twice) to make sure we knew how many were running in the dark morning gloom. Temps were a balmy 64.
Headed out toward the University Parks Trail. Belding was almost taken out by a car. Headed down the trail toward McCord. Extra Extra, Beaker, Belding, and YHC crossed McCord for a down and back run on the trail, while the others headed up McCord toward Sylvania Ave and looped around to Southview and then back to the parking lot. Another close call on McCord, as a car turned left from one of the side streets onto McCord and nearly hit Sipe.
Mileage for all runners was 3-4 miles.
Ended in COT.
