Weather: Still dark but not cold – good enough

THE THING
Winter run is getting old, too dark for trails – let’s try and get something terrible but doable… Run out and to the bike path/ trail and head east. Run for 16-18 min and then turn around. It’s a you vs you thing so just make it back on time. Simple, can’t get lost and nobody made it back too late!
Circled back up for the CoR and NoR. Scotch with a good six on how this pushes him to keep going. Announcements for Aurora and retreat weekend. Closed in prayers for those PAX suffering. Keep kicking ass Bluto!
