After a brief warmup we mosied around the park stopping 6 times. At each stop a three minute timer was started and we did ladder (one rep for each, two rep for each, three rep for each) until timer went off of these exercises: Mike Tyson, Imperial, Lt. Dan, Burpee. At the next stop we laddered down, starting with the number of reps pax ended with at precious stop.
