Warm-Up
SSH, windmills, slow Peter Parkers, few leg stretches
Workout
Round 1 – Out Front
20 of each exercise, mozie to the other end, 20 more of the same exercise, mozie back to the beginning. Then start the next exercise. Repeato until you are done.
T-bone Merkins
Horsey-Ups
Klinger Kicks – 2 = 1
Inchworms
Mountain Climbers – 2 = 1
American Hammers – 2 = 1
Carolina Dry Docks
Speed Skaters – 2 = 1
Crunchy Frogs
Round 2 – Out Front
Have cones set up where you want them to stop and do merkins or Krab Kicks
Merkin Crawl – 5 Merkins, bear crawl to the first cone 5 merkins, bear crawl to the next cone, 5 merkins, repeato. In the Middle do 5 Burpees. Then continue Merkin Crawl on the other side until you reach the end.
Krab Kicks 2 = 1, Krab Walk to the first cone, 5 Krab kicks, Krab Walk to the next cone and do 5 Krab Kicks. In the Middle do 5 Burpees. Repeato until you get to the other side.
Lunge Walk and Squat – 5 squats, lunge walk to the first cone, 10 squats, lunge squat to the next cone, 15 squats, repeato. Make sure to do your 5 burpees when you get to the middle.
Round 3 –
Circle of Fun – each PAX member choses and 10 reps of an ab based exercise to have everyone do.
