Q – Gap
PAX – Mayor, Pixar, Bullock, Mole, Leap, Thong Song, Romano, Beaker, Poodle, Cogsworth, Care Bear, Biggie, Minnie, Valdez, Johnny, Patch
Opening – Brief rundown of F3 purpose, principles and agenda.
Warmup – Moseyed to the track where we began with an Indian run for a warm-up.
The Thang –
Began with 20ea 4-count Hello Dollys and then transitioned into 20ea 4-count Big Boi Sit-Ups (all in cadence).
We then completed 11’s with squats (starting with 1) and Lt. Dans (starting with 10). To ensure the ultimate level of fun, we lunged between the squats and Lt. Dans and jogged back to the squat.
Once completed, we performed 20ea 4-count American Hammers and then transitioned into 20ea Big Boi Sit-Ups (all in cadence).
We then completed 5’s with jump squats (starting with 1) and Lt. Dans (starting with 4). To ensure the ultimate level of fun, we performed squat 180 twist movement between the jump squat and Lt. Dans and jogged back to the jump squat.
Moseyed back to COT at the flag.
COT- Prayers for our troops, first responders and for F3 with all the support each provide to all of us. Prayers for the student that was struck with a stray bullet. Prayer of thanks for F3 and the group of men that are an example of what being a leader, father, husband, and man means. To keep our eyes open for opportunities to touch and influence those who are lost, lonely or looking for meaning. Remember our behavior and kindness can do wonders to change the world.
