PAX (7): Prime, Sideshow, Bob Vance- Vance Refrigeration, Bull, Rocketman, Miyagi (FNG), Trojan (Q)
Warmup: 15 SSHs, 12 Windmills, 20 Burpees all in cadence
Thang: Pax was divided into two smaller groups. There were 4 stations to rotate through with 2 1/2 minutes spent at each station.
Station 1: 10 Burpees, 15 Mike Tysons, 20 Monkey Humpers, 30 Crunchy Frogs
Station 2: 20 Merkins at first concrete column, bear crawl, 15 Merkins at 2nd column, bear crawl, 10 Merkins at 3rd column, bear crawl, 5 Merkins
Station 3 (with blocks): 10 curls, 15 swings, 20 chest press, 30 Klinger kicks (2 is 1) while holding up block
Station 4: 10 diamond merkins, 15 jump squats, 20 mtn climbers (2 is 1), 30 American hammers (2 is 1)
Pax completed two full rotations. Next, all Pax once again utilized the concrete columns with a lunge walk to each and 20 LBCs before lunge walking to the next one. This was done down and back. Final round was an ab burner with two rules (1. All exercises were 10 reps, and 2. Feet could not touch the ground at any time. Sequence of exercises: Klinger Kicks (2 is 1), LBCs, Hello Dollies, Freddie Mercurys (2 is 1), Leg lifts, LBCs, Heels to Heaven.
CoT: Rocketman was our 6 and spoke about F3 being a big part of his life, proudly saying that he has over 200 posts. FNG was called into the Circle and spoke about his Buddhist faith and emerging hobby of plants and horticulture thus taking the Pax on a thread that connected with Bonsai trees and eventually to Mr. Myagi from Karate Kid. Welcome, Miyagi! Announcements for this weekend’s festivities surrounding our visit from Slaughter and Scratch n Win, including 2nd F Friday night in downtown Sylvania and Slaughter-led beatdown at the Fuse on Saturday morning at 06:30. Reminder about F3 Challenge Weekend coming up a week from Saturday.
