Moseyed along Sylvania Ave back to Fuse at SF and repeato each member doing exercise from above (same exercise as bud garage)
Moseyed to bleachers and ran serpentine thru bleachers back dow to track. Then ran half lap and circled up for triathlon in cadence:
On stomach did 10 – 4 ct butterfly
On six did 10 – 4 ct Freddie Mercury
Raced to SF
Finished with 10 Burpees in cadence
COT with Sideshow sharing as 6
