Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    1’s led upper body exercise
    2’s led lower body exercise
    3’s led core exercise

    Each member of the PAX led a ten count exercise in cadence

    Moseyed to library
    In groups of 3 at each bench:
    Ten (4 ct) box jumps in cadence
    Ten (4ct) decline merkins in cadence

    Moseyed along Sylvania Ave back to Fuse at SF and repeato each member doing exercise from above (same exercise as bud garage)

    Moseyed to bleachers and ran serpentine thru bleachers back dow to track. Then ran half lap and circled up for triathlon in cadence:
    On stomach did 10 – 4 ct butterfly
    On six did 10 – 4 ct Freddie Mercury
    Raced to SF
    Finished with 10 Burpees in cadence
    COT with Sideshow sharing as 6
