PAX – Mongoose, Spokes, Tigger
F3, Core Principles, Credo, Mission Statement
Warmups – SSH, Abe Vigota, Chainbreakers, 1 min plank
The Thang
Run 100 to first dice station (Upper Body), roll for excerise. To bleachers for stairs and Dips, run 100 to next Dice station (Abs), run 50 to next station (connection station – Cocaine Bear Crawls, Lunges, Walking Imp Walkers) do rolled excerise from 20 yd line to other 20 yard line. Then final station (Legs). Repeato for all stations but added an excerise each round up to 3 and then back down (1,2,3,2). 15 reps for each excerise
