5-15 Minnie & Mole’s Million Dollar Mash Up

We partnered up for today with 30 seconds on, 15 seconds off. While one PAX did a resistance move for 30 seconds, the other did a cardio move. After a 15 second recovery, the PAX switched. After the 15 second recovery, both PAX in the group did a core exercise together. There were a total of 15 stations to get through. All PAX made it through each station one time.

    Stations:

Push Sled, Side Straddle Hops, American Hammers
Banded Rows, Jump Knee Tuck, Big Boy Situps
    Pull Sled, Bonnie Blairs, LBCs
Wall Sit with a 10# ball, Heismans, Plank Jacks
Mace Beat (Hammer swings), Speed Skaters, Flutter Kicks
60# Walking Lunges, Jump Rope, American Hammers
Bear Crawl Kettlebell Drag, Heismans, Big Boy Situps
    45# Ball Dumps, Burpees, LBCs

Weighted LT Dans, Jump Rope, Flutter kicks
Ball Slams, Vertical Mountain Climber, American Hammers
Side to Side Banded Squats, Burpees, Big Boy Situps
20# Weight Added Deep Merkins, Jump Squats, LBCs

    Count-O-Rama: 26
Name-O-Rama: Colonel, Bullock, Jeter, Cratchit, Brita, Ozzie, Dr. Nick, Valdez, Mailman, Scrooge, Sipe, Danica, Poodle, Beaker, Rubble, Mayor, Tidwell, Cousteau, Klinger, Brute, Schmails, Link, Mater, Shadow, Minnie and Mole as Co-Qs.

Know the 6: Klinger was the six today. He challenged guys to pour into this group and that we will get out of it what we put into it.

Prayer Intentions: None were spoken. Offered thanks for our troops, our country, our freedom, and prayed for our families, and that we would be a positive influence to those around us.

Special Note: Minnie gets most of the credit for this one. Mole helped a bit with the planning and the playlist, but Minnie went over the top in preparing for this Century Week beatdown. He built the pull and push sleds we used and he brought a ton of his own equipment to make this happen today. We marveled at how he made it all fit into his Toyota Highlander. Thanks Minnie!

Thanks to all. It is always an honor to lead, especially with Minnie!
