“Figure 8”
While YHC sometimes doesn’t get to creative with a beatdown today was terrible. What seemed like a great idea on paper was no fun in person.
The Thang
Run over to Centennial Mall and start in the middle with 8 Merkins
Run around in a figure 8 fashion at the top of the 8 do 8 burpees in the middle do 8 Merkins and the bottom do 8 Captain Thors.
After a few rounds I was hurting and looking for relief so we headed to the front o UT and did a few rounds of Mary led in a rotating fashion.
Always an honor to lead and great to have Duaber back from Quarantine.
