Q: The Situation

1. Merkins & Squats
Exercise 1: Merkins (Push-ups)
Exercise 2: Air Squats
Start with 10 Merkins and 1 Squat. Work your way to 1 Merkin and 10 Squats.
2. Burpees & Big Boy Sit-Ups
Exercise 1: Burpees
Exercise 2: Big Boy Sit-Ups
Start with 10 Burpees and 1 Big Boy Sit-Up. Work down to 1 Burpee and 10 Sit-Ups.
3. Lunges & Plank Jacks
Exercise 1: Walking Lunges (count each leg as 1 rep)
Exercise 2: Plank Jacks (single count)
Start with 10 Lunges (each leg counts) and 1 Plank Jack. Flip the reps as you go.
