We carried 2 blocks with a 2×4 to different areas of the parking lot to do 5 exercises
Incline
Step ups
Dips
Side planks
Declines
Then we would run a lap without the 2×4 /block contraption.
When done with the lap we would do the cycle of 5 exercises with the blocks again.
Great COT, we all just shared. Prayer and then all 5 had coffee at Sip.
This entire morning we were accompanied by a stray girl pup we named Lacey. She enjoyed Sip alot! She then went to LC4 to hopefully find a great home. Dauber was close to being that home and I won’t rule it out yet!
