QIC: Tidwell
Started with 5 core principles, and credo. Mosey’d down to amphitheater and began a Tabata style workout. 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off. Did 4 exercises in each round and after each round ran up the stairs, all the way over to other side and then down. Started next round. Rounds were as follows:
1. Merkins, jump squats, plank jacks, big boys.
2. Dips, step-ups/jump ups, SSH, LBCs
3. Incline merkins, Lt. Ds, Mt. climbers, heel touches.
4. Decline merkins, surrenders, horsey ups, leg raises.
5. Diamonds, lunges, speed skaters, V ups.
6. Mike Tysons, sumo squats, plank, knee tuck jumps.
Did all 6 and #’s 1 and 2 twice.
Ended with COT and NOR
Colonel was the six and spoke of how impactful this group is and for guys to keep coming out and ran into guys down in NC and they knew of our Pax Bc we are well respected in F3 nation. Proud how it’s grown.
