Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

The Thang:
Pix’s 50th bday bash eve…
Slam Balls 15 or 15 lb Medicine Ball Rotates around the circle of pax. While two pax are slam balling the rest of the group does the following exercises:
5 Mike Tysons / 10 Mtn Climbers / 15 Drop Squats then next time
5 Plank Jack w/Should Tap (2 is 1) / 10 Peter Parkers (1 is 1) / 15 Merkins
In b/w exercises pax All together IC either 15 SSH’s or 15 Smurf Jacks IC.
Slam Ball rotates to next pax after you did it once. Goal was for everyone to get each slam ball one time… Ended up you got 1 slam ball…
Pix had the whistle as the guest of honor and anytime he blew the whistle burpees IC would commence led by Pix or whomever he called out to lead them. Pix led 1st 10, Trinity dropped knowledge on him with respect to proper cadence and Pix had Trin lead next 10. Pix led again and then had us run to the pool to do 5 IC and then back to do 5 more IC led by Mailman. Pix led us in 10 final burpees after everyone had a ball slam opp. In total we did the following amount of exercise:
50 Burpees, 90 drop squats, 90 merkins, 60 Mtn Climbers, 60 Peter Parkers, 30 Mike Tysons and 30 Plank/Shoulder Taps…
YHC had plan for dualing sled drives and Linebacker/football inspired beatdown to honor pix on his last day as a 49 year old… Rain was nasty and didnt let up but 23 pax posted and got afta it and got better in honor of Pix!
Pix was the 6 and gave an impassioned speech and YHC took us home with prayers to the SkyQ.
Moleskine:
Mailman wore a giant trash bag beautifully, Scrooge disproved the notion he would melt in rain, Mickey posted on a Monday for the 1st time in 2021, Pinewood’s memory of exercises is subpar in the gloom, Brita was not impressed with 67% of the pax’s attemtps to slam and catch said slam balls, Dauber was his typical supportive self and brought the bluetooth speaker, 23 pax got soaked on Pix’s bday eve….
Awesome job by all, appreciate Pix and his f3 commitment as well as the commitment of the pax to post on a nasty, rainy day. For those that loved the music – it was all from 1971 – the year Vincent “Pixar” Palko came into this wonderful world.
