Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

Open to all men
Held outdoor, rain or shine, heat or cold
Peer led in a rotating fashion with no training necessary
End with a Circle of Trust (the “COT”)
35 Deg, hard rain and wind. Perfect F3 weather.

Warmup of Shoulder circles and Windmills
Mosey to the back of the building to shield the wind (kind of).

Run a 400m out and back with 6 cones along the way. Performed 3 bonnie blares at each cone.

Run a 400m out and back with 6 cones along the way. Performed 3 bonnie blares at each cone.
