Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

Warm up
20 SSH, jog around wildcat and back
The workout
2 sleds are the timer, (one push sled with 100lbs, one pull sled with 80 lbs that PAX backpedal) sleds went to end of parking lot and back (about 25 yds there and back). PAX performed exercises until 2nd sled returned to start.
Rd 1- Burpees, Big Boys, Squats, Superman’s
Rd 2- Double Merkin Burpees, Flutter Kicks, Lunges, Gas Pumps
Rd 3- Triple Merkin Burpee, Mt. Climbers, Monkey Humpers, LBCs
Rd 4- Quadruple Merkin Burpee, High Plank, Calf Raises, Low Plank
Between each round jogged around wildcat
COT- Count o Rama, Name o Rama, 6 (Mole), Announcements, Intentions/Prayer
